RBSP – 25th Annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities Fair

The New York Urban League, in partnership with Riverbank State Park,the New York Urban League’s Young Professionals, and the Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair, will host its 25th Annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities Fair on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. (onsite registration & pre-regisitered workshops will start at 10:00 a.m.). The Fair will be held at the Riverbank State Park, located at 145th Street and Riverside Drive

Students, parents, teachers, counselors, Parent Coordinators, School Administrators, click here for REGISTRATION.

The Fair will host over 40 HBCU‘s which will provide: application fee waivers; on-site admissions; and workshops for students, parents, teachers, counselors and anyone interested in higher education.

Attendees who register online will be eligible for special prizes that will be raffled off during the day.

The day will include a Step Challenge highlighting one of the extra-curricula activities that can be found on HBCU campuses.

NB: At last year’s Fair over 1,500 Fee Waivers were offered to attending students,over 350 students were offered admissions on‐site, and over 340 scholarships won.
